This class is a training session for the photographer looking to edit photos. Whether you’re the owner of a new digital camera or an experienced enthusiast, this class will teach you how to use Adobe Lightroom to edit your photos and do such things as remove spots, get the color right, remove noise, sharpen and adjust images. This class will introduce students to topics including:
• The importance of monitor calibration and color management
• Using the Develop module of lightroom
• Removing sensor dust spots easily and quickly
• Adjusting exposure and drawing out details
• Using the tools to make local area changes to your images
• Understanding noise removal and sharpening
• Applying corrections for a particular camera and lens combination
• Applying changes to batches of images at once
• Exporting images for different purposes
Our instructor: Brad Husick is an LHSA Board Member and professional photographer with more than 40 years of experience. Brad's photos have been published in several magazines and in the New York Times. He was the mission photographer for the first private spaceflight - Space Ship One, and for the launch of the first Ocean Cleanup system in the Pacific. Brad was also a professional sports photographer for three years. He often writes camera, software and lens reviews for online sites and teaches extensively for groups and individuals.
