LHSA - 2020 Officer, Board of Directors and ByLaw Change Elections

Welcome to the online LHSA – The International Leica Society Elections. The Nomination Committee has submitted the following names for Officers and Directors for the year 2020/2021. Elections will be held from September 8 – 18, 2020.

Also, revisions in the LHSA By-Laws have been proposed and are presented for your vote.  The revisions fix some errors in wording, and make two substantive changes: 1) notice to Board members of Board meetings is changed from 45 days to 30 days, and 2) former Presidents will remain nonvoting members of the Board of Directors as “Senior Members”.   This will apply to former Presidents who have served as President for two years.  (The by-law revisions do not change the provision that the immediate Past President remains a voting member of the Board until he or she is no longer the immediate Past President).   To see the proposed bylaw changes, click here.
