Join Viewfinder Editor, Bill Rosauer, and graphic designer, Kirsten Vignes, for a discussion on LHSA’s award-winning quarterly journal. Now in its 54th year of publication, Viewfinder is our flagship publication and one of the membership’s greatest perks. In this live discussion, Bill and Kirsten will go behind-the-scenes and show us how it’s made and give tips for submitting your work. We’ll also hear from special guests Dr. Andreas Kaufmann, Jono Slack, veteran Viewfinder contributor and Leica beta tester, and other guests.
Bill Rosauer is a lifelong Leica enthusiast and Leica dealer. He has been a member of LHSA since 1982, serving in various capacities: Vice-President 1996-1998, President 1998-2000, Viewfinder Editor 2000, President Emeritus. He is resposible for the conception and execution of the following LHSA Special Editions: LHSA Black Paint M6TTL, LHSA Hammertone MP and Retro 35/2 ASPH, LHSA MP3 Camera, 50 Summilux ASPH Classic and Leicavit, LHSA 50/2 APO Summicron Classic
Kirsten Vignes is the resident graphic designer and email marketing specialist at Leica Store Miami. Since 2015, she’s also been the graphic designer for LHSA’s quarterly journal, Viewfinder. She’s originally from Minnesota, but much prefers the sunshine and warmth of Florida where she’s lived for nearly a decade. Kirsten loves photography and design, which she studied at Rochester Institute of Technology, traveling, climbing rocks, movies with mythical creatures, and, of course, coffee.
