ABOUT: A virtual workshop for novice & beginner students venturing into the world of photography. Students will be introduced to the basic technical elements of photography to get the most out of their camera. This is a great program for those who wish to take a Leica Owners Product Workshop, such as Leica M10 Owners, Leica Q Owners, or Leica CL Owners.

This introductory class for beginners will help you move away from your camera’s automatic modes, allowing you to harness the full potential of your gear and to further express your artistic vision. Students will learn the basics for proper exposure, focusing, and depth control, while also diving into composition techniques and tips for consistent image quality. Through an increased understanding of your camera’s functions and options, our goal is to move you from “point-and-shoot” photography to truly “making” images in-camera and eventually onto your wall or photo album.
