Leica in the Landscape - Eastern Sierra Oct 10-14
This inclusive, Leica in the Landscape program is a part of a four workshop series, lead by fine art photographer Michael Phaling and Leica Akademie Instructor Tom Brichta throughout California in 2016. Students can enroll in individual trips or all four.
We take the guesswork out of the itinerary planning, allowing you to simply enjoy four days of uninterrupted, landscape photography, in one of the most beautiful and geographically diverse areas of the world
.Each day will present you with a new location to photograph. The majority of time will be spend in the field, making the most of early morning and late afternoon light. Daily assignment and techniques will be presented, followed by critiques and daily feedback, designed to unleash your own creativity, moving you closer to producing images that our uniquely your own.

Workshop philosophy and group size
This trip will be limited to 10 photographers. The objective of the Leica Akademie is to celebrate photography of all kinds through real-world shooting experiences that help you discover your vision and point of view. We believe that people learn best in small groups,outside of a classroom, where content can be customized on the fly and casual conversations often bring the biggest revelations.
