This year’s attendees to the Annual Meeting will have a choice of two hotels:
The arcona Living Ernst Leitz Hotel and the Michel Hotel Wetzlar.
Hotel Reservations may be made by telephone or email; however, LHSA highly recommends that you make your reservations as early as possible by email. This will ensure an e-paper trail in case any questions arise. The hotels are not offering online reservations for this event.
When emailing your reservations, you must include the following information:
Arrival and Departure Date
Room Type (see below)
Full Name and names of anyone who will be in the same room
Billing Address: Street Address, City, State & Zip
Telephone number
Please request “LHSA Annual Meeting Rate” to receive the special LHSA pricing
The hotels will request your credit card information at a later date, either through a reservation form or invoice. Please note that the deadline for room reservations are listed below. Any requests for reservations after the deadline will be subject to availability and the regular hotel rate.
We will be running a shuttle for registrants between Downtown Wetzlar, Hotel Michel, and Leitz Park.
